Reload Config Causes Standard Buttons to Appear as Incompatible

It appears this issue has resurfaced. I tried the clear cache and refresh all buttons but there is still one pipe that is showing as incompatible. But it’s from a service that is no longer being used due to a spec change so not a big deal
