I have had this happen with a few different types of fittings and while ago with a Valve.
These parts are all pretty standard patterns. And if I load them into a new project they work fine.
We are in Revit 2023 I am using 23.1.50.23
We are using a Project Specific Profile.
And this is a Workshared Project on BIM360.
Anyone had Similar issues or know of a fix?

Ive not had that happen. Ive had content that missed connectors and various things going on, all of which was linked to the "Obey Versioning for User Data" tick box.

I also shift-right-click "clear cache" and repeat "refresh buttons, " which usually flushes out any gremlins.

Did you version the ITM?
If so try the modified versions from backup and modify again with out versioning.

In this case none of the ITMs were changed. We Just needed to add the buttons.

Mmm.
I hope you post up the root cause when you find out, i am intrigued.
I had an issue with ITM versioning stopping a config reloading. It appeared to reload without error but did not actually reload. Removed the ITM from service and it worked fine. Updated old ITM without versioning and all fine.

It appears this issue has resurfaced. I tried the clear cache and refresh all buttons but there is still one pipe that is showing as incompatible. But it’s from a service that is no longer being used due to a spec change so not a big deal
