drawing database v disk database

Hi, does anybody have an issue with the prompt 'the drawing contains a database that is different from the Working Disk database' the prompt is fine but out of 10 operators all working on the same database all with the same prompt request ticked a couple of them still never get the prompt... any ideas?

also is there a command whilst in a drawing to see what database is being called on??
