nest report not working on certain pipes

not sure if any of you have had this .  but i cant seem to have certain database pipe work in the nest report to (see attached pic )  i have the niron set to 20' default but it keeps compiling it into one pipe

Where do you have it set to 20' default?

The Default ITM length isn't what's used for the Linear Nest Reports.
You need to set it in the Material/Spec.

At least, last I tried it a decade ago.

thanks Darren .  i got it to work correctly now . they was the only material that was set to 0.000 length .
