Best workflow for when a pipe spool assembly has to change

Hi there,

just wondering if anyone has a good workflow for dealing with changes to assemblies (spools) when they have already been detailed and annotated up without losing too much of the information already carried out.

i guess it depends on how much the change is, but just wondering if anyone has a good workflow for this type of scenario.
