Hammer tap notches

Does anyone have a hammer tap notch with an additional 1/2" seam set back to avoid the female lock when running it thru the tap and cap Rollformers? I cant seem to build one that nets out correctly.

Adding a straight allowance to the connector should help you get where you need.
