CAMduct Fails to Nest the Collar of Outer Skin of Double Wall Square to Round

We are having a problem with CAMduct.  Somehow CAMduct fails to nest the collar of the outer-skin of double wall square-to-round.  All other parts in the square-to-round are nested properly.

I have checked the settings in our double wall specification and in our Fabrication Database.  I cannot find anything that has to do with this.

Would you please help me with these:
1.  Do you have this problem in your double wall square-to-round?
2.  What is the most likely solution of this problem?

By the way, our copy of CAMduct is version 2024.

I will send a Support-File to Autodesk tech-support and see if this is something that they can help.

Are you saying you are getting your outer collar developed?
I've tested 23-24 - collar not Auto, and varying from 3-12 inches long.... no outer collars for DW.
If you're getting collars then it might not be a bug, rather a setting/checkbox causing the issue, but I am not familiar with any setting to toggle inner/outer collars.

So what I did not realize is that it was not actually nesting, but I was getting developments for my liner and perf consistently and they nested, the outer does not consistently appear and never nested. But I do believe this is a setting though because of the developments appearing. I am going to speak to the guy who set up my database to see if a shear setting might be a problem. I did not test enough.
