Rectangle to Round CID#6 in Revit 2024 crashes

Whenever we try to use our square to round fitting based on CID#6, Revit crashes. Happens when trying to use a size that has a S&D connector. Doesn't happen in 2023.

Tested Revit 2024.3.40.26
           Revit 2023.1.70.22

Anyone else have this issue?

Can you verify that pattern number? 

If it's CID#8, I can say I've had no issues in 2024, 25, or 26 with it. I haven't tried any of the others.

Confirmed, it is CID#8

One of the users tried it in 2025 and there were not issues. This doesn't seem to be DB related but a version issue.

we had this happening in 2024. I had the  s&d notchback set to 0 i had to make it about 1/16 then it would not crash. only showed up on the square to round S&D everything else worked correctly

i had the X set to zero so there would not be a slot left after forming the end. I had to change it to .125  or the square to round would crash Revit. But i think it was only in Revit 2023 we had the issue.

Interesting...we do have a value in the X for the male side but not on the female side
