Exporting data to the excel workbook
« on: Sep 25, 2007, 15:58:52 PM »
We are currently taking off 100% of our jobs through TSI (digitizer method) and then exporting into the excel workbook to get the adjust fitting capability.  However once it is in the excel workbook it is summarized based on service type which can include many different items (ex: duct accessory service type could include volume dampers, opposed blade volume dampers, roof curbs, roof rails ect...).  How are you guys separating these items so you know what the total for an item like duct accessory includes?  Right now we are inputting comments in the excel cell, but that can't be the most effective way.  Any ideas?
