Job Information not saved

When I right click, CADduct Solids BSS, Job Information and fill in the information for the job I am working on and company information, it holds that information for that drawing session. If I close the drawing and open it again it has defaulted back to HVAC1 and company information is for MAP.
The "Archive database with job" box on the bottom is grayed out and never becomes available. I have created a new project folder under the Job Projects/Drawings folder and put in our company information and even added it to the address book. All this information is gone when I come back to the drawing. What am I doing wrong? What file saves this information?

No matter how hard I try I can't replicate this. What is Dennis doing wrong?

Just so you don't all think that I am completely crazy I am attaching a screen shot of the dialog box.

Don't think that in the slightest Dennis. We're all trying to resolve your problem asap but just can't replicate it to try and find the problem. No doubt Andy will sort it (after all, he wrote the programme!).

BTW: looking at the drawing date on the image you sure are getting the most out of it (ha ha)   :)

Andy Robins:
The only time we grey out the dialogue box is if when we have whats called an Item in the Job, (for manufacture).

Does this happen on empty drawings, or is it just this drawing?
Also if you go into the Main Database does it "Main Database" or "Archive Database" for the title of the dialogue.
