20' table set-up
« on: Sep 29, 2008, 16:54:59 PM »
Somehow our machine settings got jacked and it won't allow us to burn oversize sheets, just our stock size. we have a D6 and a D11 controller, and the error message from the D11 is "Bad Arc Block #11". The D6 gives us a message that also relates to arcs.

Everything else works great, just not this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Stabbing in the dark here, but in your installed machines, setup for the double table in the special features is the Allow Arc as first/last cut checked? It sounds like it could be related to your problem, but I've never had specific problem... yet.

Sometimes it's good to stab in the dark. I was wondering aobut you yesterday, if that had worked or not.
