Export Item data folder

We export piping spool data frequently. The export 'folder' location should be saved locally not globally in the layout file (*.IEZ).
User A is working on Project 1 and User B is working on Project 2.  User A exports the first CSV file and sets their folder location.  When User B exports a CSV file they select a different folder location.  When User A exports their second CSV file the folder location is not the same they originally specified.
The folder location is changing without User A knowing about it and may save their files in a incorrect location. It would save major time if the user did not have to verify the folder location each time there was an export.
