Design Line Node X to item picture
« on: Jul 25, 2018, 19:56:51 PM »
When placing nodes specifically for HVAC i would like the item picture to display instead of "X" on the DL. This already is the case for my VCD buttons (which is how i got the idea).

Draw the symbol, create .DXF of it.  Attached it to your button using the 'Symbol...' button in Button Properties...

When you do as cadragon suggested make sure you play with the size and the "Fixed Size" box, depending on what you have it will affect differently.
Also, orientation of the image is very important.

Does the orientation affect how the node fills?

No, but it affects how the image is displayed.
