CAMduct™ Users / CAMduct Users/ Items Report/Slip&Drive Cut List
« Last post by a_hernandez on Mar 31, 2026, 14:45:00 PM »
Hello, as I was trying to get a more accurate slip and drive cut list, I accidently deleted previous setting on my slip and drive list and can't get anything to show up on the report.  Any help in getting a new Slip and Drive list to generate would be greatly appreciated.

About a year ago we upgraded from 2020 to 2025. The issue we noticed was that on square to rounds, the "V Notch Rectangular Extension" option would appear even if "No" was selected. We checked 2024 and found the same issue. We're currently running 2023 across our stations since it seems to be working as intended.

I noticed seams cutting into the body of certain fittings starting with 2024. If I remember correctly, the solution is to go through your notches and select Notch Out.
The custom notches for the couple of connectors I tested are set as notched out. If I set the Straight or Sloping notches to Notch out, my custom notches won't be applied. If that is the only option, the software is broken.

Subassemblies are not supported within Revit. I'm in the same boat as you, its quite a drop back.
Ive even gone as far as exporting out as an MAJ file to import into Revit. Revit prompts with maj file contains not parts message and seems to fail on everything that ive tried to date.

Curious if the Control/Shift/C was removed for some odd reason.

Nah, I use it daily in 2026 version CAMduct

From my own experience and from all of the documentation that I've read, CTRL + Shift + C is the command to open the Console in CAMduct.

Is the Console window minimized? With CAMduct as the window selected, does the set of icons in the attachment appear somewhere on screen? Maybe in the bottom left corner? If so, click on the left icon to open the Console window.

How do I get subassemblies on my service template to work in revit? I have a couple on my template but they show up greyed out and unusable in revit

The only other way is doing it in CAD than bring it into CAM, but that is BS, there must be a different key function

Not being a CAM Duct user here, cant remember WTH key combo brings up that dialog box.

Years ago I let it rip and had it create every cid there was using the wild card in dialog box
