Title: Read only access to nest data in ESTmep

I think it would be nice if I was able to see material nests in ESTmep.  It would be nice if EST had "Read only" access to nesting data.  On smaller one off type jobs I am more concerned with how the material nested rather than how much material is accounted for in the costing.

I believe older versions used to be able to....
