Outstanding, thanks a lot Scott. One question, how do you get report header of "Blank Object" to be an empty field? Does not work with BD pipe, but I believe RJ is aware of this.

Along with spool name, it would be nice to also see Custom Data and item notes added to report builder.

Blank column: {Space} or {Space}= in the Description

Didn't work for me.
{Space} or {Space}= shows up in report header instead of blank space in my report.

Right click menu, CADmep, setup, linear nesting options. You can change it in there per machine.

Nice looking report Scott! Can you post the irp?
I haven't messed with the Linear Nesting to much yet, but on your one table the 26' total should it not be under 20'? I thought the idea behind it was to figure out which pieces to cut from a full length?? Curious on this concept.

Good catch I hadn't noticed that. I didn't have the length entered in on my material. I've corrected it.

Thanks Scott, so that is the idea behind the liner nesting then?

Yes, the default length will be read from the material.

Can the kerf be set up per material? There would be no kerf for copper, but there would be for Carbon steel. I can't figure out how to set kerf value at all with CADmep.

Not sure about per material, could do 2 reports for your scenario. See a couple posts up on where to set kerf.
