Carry Over should work for Design Line

We need to have Section, Custom Data, Drawings, Insulation, and any other criteria that can be added to a Design Line, to carry over to the next "New" design line...having to refill everything for each new design line is a major pain and slows us way down.

Estimating is all about SPEED & Accuracy...we need this program to be faster...
