Metric Items to show imperial units in dimensions list

 Is there a way to make the dimensions list of items from a metric database to show in Imperial?
I can get the graphical pattern view to show in imperial (it gives weird result for the degrees of elbows...), but the dimensions list won't convert.
 Am I seting this up correctly?

Well...
I know this is old, but I have a client asking again.
Guys in the shop do not want to gets pushed in learning metric units.
Is there any way of having the dimensions list to display imperial units from a metric database?
I can get them in the graphical view, but not in the dimensions list.
This should work, since the option is there. (See attached Images in first post)

Shot in the dark with little experience here, can you change the material to one defined in imperial units? Or change it to a  spec in imperial units?
