Round tap off of oval duct

Tried 154 and 159. I can make them work when placing them manually, but designline doesn't seem to like them.
154 used to work, but connectors were jacked. Now that connectors have been fixed and work well for everything, neither of these seem to want to work.

I gave up on design line a long time ago, never was able to get it working 100% correct...

Unfortunately we need to use it for ESTmep, so we don't have much of a choice.
