I don't know if this has been solved or not, but this is what we had to check in order to report multiple quantities on one sheet.

Digging back into this again and still not able to get the quantities to report. 

Confirmed the following:

- Database > Takeoff > CAD Settings > Combine Identical Parts = True
- Item Worksheet > Properties > Group Item By > Item Number
- Item Worksheet > Define Print Order > Item Number

Any other ideas?
