Some Keys suddenly stop working in AutoCAD only

I have had for years a random occurrence of certain keys that stop working in AutoCAD.  They are typically isolated to the C V H B keys. They would work in other programs running at the same time.

Found this. Double tapping the windows key worked for me this time.
