Annotating CL Elevations in PS

Is there a way to pull cl elevations (mid point of 90 elbow) so the text and leader are in paper space? This would be handy when annotating iso/fab drawings. Had a tool palette button at my old company but it's encrypted   :(

There is a switch for all annotations in paperspace.  All sizes, services, elevations, aliases, etc would be in paper space.

database > Takeoff tab > CAD Settings > Annotation Tab > Only Display Text in PAPER Space Viewports

The "Display Text in PAPER Space Viewports" didn't work. The text is still in model space.

Did you do a regen?  What about restarting AutoCAD?
