Have you connected 1 angular dimension to the reference plane and the other to the extrusions face?

You can lock the angle to the reference plane which I did in video. This is not an extrusion but a L angle from library.
You associate the angular measurement to a parameter

I watch a youtube video and that stated angular dimensions with reference lines are bad cause they break all the time.
Solution is to use a revovle mass in place of those.

I use reference LINES any time that I want to use an angle because they have endpoints that can lock at a certain location (your pivot point). Reference PLANES don't have endpoints so you can't rotation around a fixed location.
