Evolve-Spools Disappearing

On a couple of large projects we're working on that are workshared in Revit we've had many sheets generated just disappear, sometimes the assembly is still intact and the Pre-Fab manager will still display sheet created with a spooled status but the sheet is gone, has this been happening to anybody else out there using Evolve?

Sorry, but I gotta laugh. Where are they headed us?

It's been happening here, but other users (not me, of course... 8)) have deleted them because they "think" it is garbage.
We are 18 modelers working on the same model all around the world and beleive me, weird things happen all the time!
I know this post doesn't help you much, but it helps me relief pressure...  ::)
