Fab Parts Annotation
« on: Mar 24, 2023, 15:28:21 PM »
Has anyone seen an 'auto annotate' tool for Fab Parts? Trying to add things like Item Number, Size, Length, etc to a Fab Parts model but 'intelligently' (eg. only show size on change, etc)

It is part of the MicLogic software that is free. https://www.miclogic.com/VIRTUALMECHANICALREVIT

We also have it on eVolve but there is a fee for it.

it's not necessarily automatic, but have you tried revits "tag all" command?  you can choose which tag to place on all instances in the model at once.
