CID for gored elbow with cleanout

Is there a CID that would work for this? Cleanout diameter is same size as the elbow. We have been drawing these separate and generating a flat pattern for the cleanout. If there is could you point me in the right direction.

Try CID#1173. You'll have to tweak a few dims but I think it might get you close.

BTW, I have never seen this required on any application as cleanout, we have used them for duct attached to gore, what is it being used for? What kind of duct system?

Dust collection for some type processing facility. Tried both those CID and couldn't get either to work the way our fab shop wants. Thanks for the recommendation though.
