Liner "L" shaped vs 4 piece toggle
« on: Nov 25, 2024, 04:09:50 AM »
Can someone please remind me where I can toggle the liner to match my "L" shaped duct? Somehow it's laying out our fiberglass liner as 4 piece instead of the way it used to.

Check the options tab of the duct ITM. Field #22 Insulation parts for CID#866

Thanks,
So if I have a neoprene liner & service that I need to have it as 4 pc but want the fiberglass service to just compress in the corners do I just select Same? Or does that just match the metal panel layout?  The job I have that uses neoprene was set up to make the straight duct 4 pc because the corners of that material don't compress & the throats & heels of the square elbows as 2 pc for the same reason, but this somehow became the default for all the liner & now that I'm putting fiberglass lined duct in the shop it's creating extra work for them. Do I need to put different  .itm's in the services?  Not sure how to set this up to get what I need, I appreciate any help I can get. Attached are my liner material settings.

Thanks Again,
James

If you need it different, a script could make the change based on material.
