After a recent push my Item # has changed to the alias of the CID. Where is the button to change it back to a numeric value?

"Recent Push"? Not sure what that is but it looks like a script was used that modified the Item Number. That data isn't stored anywhere else to my knowledge so it isn't recoverable unless the data was written to a customfield.
