Why can't I mirror MEP Fabrication Hangers? work around?

I'm under the gun and need to mirror a huge half of a building. but I get an error if I try to mirror any hangers.  they are ITM fab parts hangers.  anyone know if there is a work around or setting to toggle or a reason???

We found the setting in the database for "do not allow 3D Mirror" but it's unchecked.  will mirror in CAD but not in Revit.  I'm wondering if there is a revit setting or check box somewhere...

do it in cad and bring into your revit model

Looks the same on my end. "Do not allow 3D mirror" carries over to Revit, but hangers will give the error even if unchecked.

Hangers have always been an odd duck in the software. Example would be that they didn't move when you stretched pipe  and the attached hanger in AutoCAD.

There is a List some where, at one time Andy listed Non-Mirroring CIDS, but that was for CAD at the time of posting. Would imagine same would apply in Revit. But guessing

I'll look for that.  but the funny thing is that it let us mirror them in CAD.  just not in Revit.  from another comment earlier, it sounded like Hangers just cant be mirrored in Revit fab parts.   Had to eat some hours on that one...
