I want to find a way to show the Project No. on a report (*.IRP). The Project No is the field shown in "General" tab in JOBINFO as shown in the attached picture.
I thought it was the "Job Project" field. But it turns out to be the folder name for a project. This works in CAMduct because we have all the .MAJ files of a project stored in one folder whose folder name happens to be the project number. Unfortunately, this doesn't work in CADmep because we store the drawing files in a different folder with a different naming convention.
I think it should be the "Job Project Level 1" field. But it turns out to be the same as the folder name for a project in CAMduct - meaning that it is the same as "Job Project" field mentioned above. Moreover, it is blank in CADmep.
The only reliable way to do this is to add a new "Job Custom Data" to keep the project number. This will certainly work. But I am looking for a "ready-to-go" way to show the Project No, and don't want to add yet another "Job Custom Data".
Would you please tell me how I can show the Project No? Thanks in advance.
