SHOWALL doesn't really show all
« on: Feb 14, 2008, 19:46:36 PM »
If you happen to hide a service, and you have a block with parts of that service in it, SHOWALL is not going to work for the block.  The service will come back, but not in the block.

I actually had to open the block, type SHOWALL, then resave the block, for that part to come back.

how about SUPERSHOWALLFORREALTHISTIME ?

I can still duplicate this on 2014.

It isn't affected by the SL1 command, but is still active (on my system) for anything SL2'ed that is in a block.

has this ever been solved?
I am having this problem in 2019, and even if I go into the block, showall, and resave the bock, it doesn't show everything once I am out of the block editor.

No, this was never solved, lol.  Damnit, I knew better too, apparently.

I need to rewrite the qsave to include a SHOWALL command, cuz this bug bit me again.

NEVER!  LOL  We can't, there are still many fittings that we use on a day to day for manufacturing that are not supported on Revit...
