Edit Service Template

In the edit service template dialog box there is a section down on the lower right that has columns for Description and Condition. You can add new ones but how would you know what to add? My setup has a lot of items in this list with different numbers for the description and unrestricted as the condition. I think these are remnants of the old product lists from earlier versions. A new seat that we set up has nothing in this section but everything seems to work. How is this all tied together?

Yes, they are from an older setup.
Conditions are used to determine what pattern to use from the button for a certain condition, for example, you can put 2 elbows behind the same button, a pressed (bought in) elbow and a gored elbow, with the conditions you can get the software to automatically call off the pressed elbow when the diameter is less that 12" and if the diameter is greater, use the gored elbow.
The latest help file has more information about setting up these, you can download information from the CADduct site. Look at Services PDF file under Support/ Manuals etc. Also the Metric online help is more up to date that the Imperial.
