I'm looking for a fitting that looks like this pdf attached. either a tap top flat on the main pipe or a tee that can product the same thing. It may be that I"m just blind and didn't see it. Does this exist?

Try CID 884 it is not the most user friendly item but it will work for what you need.
I have been trying to get MAP to fix this item for a while but MAP-CC did not send any requests like they said they did. It is now in the works to get "Auto" collar lengths, a damper option and the ability to NOT draw the pipe in CAD.

We did listen, we created CID 1177 that does what was requested. is in 2.38.210 and above

Where are these new version located at? I have been check TSI site but no new upload are out. and I thought a new complete build was to come out did it or when is it going to come out?

ALL,
It has been brought to my attention that are (2) different techincal support groups out there.....map-cc.com (USA Based support) & map-software.com (England Based Support).
It appears the different support groups will release updates at different times pending on the quality control of the product released. Map-cc.com has yet to release the update that Map-software.com has released.(Strange  )
Y'all that are presently utilizing 2.38.214 did which support site did you acquire your update?

It was confusing me why others had the update & yet I could not get access to it via Map-cc.com.
After speaking to map-cc technical support I thought I'd post the information & get other users input......specifically for CAD-Duct & CAD-Mech.

is 2.38.210 on a newer Lock? I only see 2.38.186 on map-cc

I get all my updates from the map-software.com site.
Haven't had a problem yet.
Tom, Yes 2.38.210 is on lock 18.

I just went on the map-software site....and it doesn't seem that clear as to where the updates are. If I'm not mistaken, they're calling thid CAD-mep or something. Anyone have the exact link for the updates?
